Ever since I began my deranged yet somehow wildly fulfilling journey of fashion design, my entire family have been my greatest supporters. My fashion forward aunt, living in Mumbai, recently sent me one of her old Hakoba sarees for me to creatively cut up and transform into something modern and trendy. So that's exactly what I did. i took that gorgeous pastel purple embroidered saree and up-cycled it into a spanking 70's retro dress (because you already know all about my obsession with the yesteryears).
